Seems like they can never answer their phone or they have it disconnected. Trying to get in contact with issues with order/driver when ordering from doordash, they dash rep couldn't even get a call to go through. What are yall doing in there.Couldn't even receive my food or ask them what happened.

The guy running the register couldn't understand anyone and had to get another guy for every customer. He didn't seem to know how to run the register either. They gave my food to someone else, luckily i knew them so i got it from them, but it was already cold. And the wait to get food way crazy long

I think the workers try hard and they mean well but there's an issue with training and language barrier. This has become the overall declineof all the Wendy's and price gouging. $2.60 small soda.$8 burger with pretzel bun. Ridiculous.Last winter I was served a chili in a baby cup literally a small white half cup I have never seen it before.Maybe it was just a joke.Also they close the dining room anytime they wishAlso the prices on menu are wrong and lower. They claimed it's a technical issue.Not going back

As a DoorDasher, I don't usually review restaurants, but this restaurant continues to be a problem. I don't understand their system for completing orders. Particularly the crew that seems to be working on Saturdays. It seemed that when I came there for two orders that they didn't even know they had them, and the orders appeared to only be being put together when I asked for them. If you are going to be on DoorDash, this is not acceptable. Doordashers can't wait for 10-15 mins for a fast food order... You are hurting Doordashers by wasting the limited money we are paid on an order. I also have to say, this is not a problem across the board for Wendy's. It's just this crew that this Wendy's has work on Saturdays. The orders weren't even at a peak time.
