“We are pretty new to MN so we're loving checking out the new to us restaurants. We stopped in here last night after some shopping and were HUNGRY. Our waitress was excellent! Super sweet to our kiddos! The food came out quick and was delicious! As hungry as we were we still left with takeout boxes! And the prices were great for as much food as we got! Definitely will be returning!“

“This is a small local bar & grill. Very clean! Our waitress was friendly & very on top of things. She brought my husband an iced tea refill before he had finished his first! And the place was not empty. We had the fried cheese curds. They were fantastic! Obviously they were hand dipped. My husband’s broasted chicken was very good. The meat was juicy & flavorful. He had the tator tots that was also very good. I had the beef/lamb gyro with their “flat” French fries. I wouldn’t order the gyro again. The meat was over cooked. The fries were good. We ordered a pizza to go as we were staying in a hotel and didn’t want to go out again for dinner. Excellent thin crust pizza! We’re in the area once a year and we will be sure and come back here next year!“

“The entire crew that was working on the evening of Tuesday, October 3, 2023 deserve many praises. This was simply amazing service at its best. As we were driving down Route 52 trying to make it to Culvers before closing, I called and asked if we could get the full menu if we came in minutes before closing. Whoever answered the phone was so positive and warm and assured us that we could indeed! Literally, we walked in at 9:58 p.m. They were scheduled to close in two minutes. However, the entire crew greeted us with warmth and smiles. We had fish, cheese curds, fries, etc. Everything was fresh and delicious. At 10:20 (20 minutes past closing time), a worker came by our table to see if we needed anything else. We were not pressured at anytime to leave. Unbelievable! We just know we would not experience such special service anywhere but Culver's in Rochester, MN! This team should be so proud. What a delightful place.“

“I stopped in to pick up lunch for myself and to others. It's a lovely location and it was really a very cozy and cute inside. I would love to go back just to have a meal inside as well. It has a great View. The food was amazing and the person who helped me was awesome. I got the chicken avocado ranch with sweet potato fries and both were incredibly delicious! The fries were thicker too they were wedges more than fries. Definitely recommend prices were really really good too!“

“Just giving a big shout out to our waiter named Aaron at Five West on Saturday April 27th in the afternoon! We had him as our waiter for a group of 12 ladies. He was very helpful and attentive and answered all our food questions! He took our drink and food orders in a timely manner! Thanks for your great service Aaron! You're the best!“

“This is a gem . From the service to the huge portions . It feels like going to grandmas house . I've never been disappointed. My son always gets extra treatment . From the hot chocolate to suckers after breakfast. We were the only table as we arrived just before closing at 11am. Be sure to bring cash . Check this place out .“

“This place is pretty sweet. LOTS of beer options… I think they had 100 taps. Pretty easy to find something up your alley. Atmosphere had a cool vibe to it and the wait staff was super nice. Visited this place 3 times in the 4 days we stayed here.They aren’t open super late. Stayed at the hotel across the street and popped in for a beer around 9:40 on a Friday with a friend. They closed at 10:00 — on a Friday no less. But I guess they don’t get much traffic in the evenings post-Covid. We came in a cold March and the Bartender said summer months are better with the patio.If in the area, I’d highly recommend it.“

“I have to be honest, I haven't tried anything other than the battered fried shrimp and fries but it's so incredibly delicious (and perfectly cooked everytime) that I can't bring myself to order anything else! The service has always been amazing. Whether it's in the middle of the afternoon (less busy) or it's lunch/dinner rush and the tables are completely full, the service is the outstanding and the staff is always friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!“

“Friendly people and good food. The Coors keg was sour...or the hoses. They comped my beer and I had bottles after. My big complaint though is...It's labeled as a sports bar. They close at three during football season. I stayed at the hotel next door just so I could go there and watch football and eat and drink. Guess I should have checked the schedule before. Very disappointed. Guess I need to find a new place to stay on GameDay.“

“Loved the chicken pesto on a Pita. A little loud even though not many people were there, but it is also a bar so that's to be expected. Husband, who is a burger nut, really liked his burger. Done to perfection he said. Picky eater ate all her chicken sandwich. I'd say the portions were good since none of us completely finished our meals. Only negative was our son didn't like the batter on the chicken tenders and thought it should stay on fish. All in all, we did enjoy our meal and the price was reasonable.“

“I was suffering stage 4 cancer and treated at Mayo clinic. Vfw cafe was by hotel. I was in after each surgery and was treated beyond excellence by staff and customers. One customer even brought me in a home made pastry. After my surgeries i was at vfw cafe and with so many vets that i sure as hell couldnt complain about my injuries. Im still fighting but back at my California estate. Thanks to all that were there for me. I cried on a nice ladies shoulder. The clients and staff were my family. I miss the pasta fettucini special. “Gave it 5 stars because 1 stars hurt business to much but drove by at 1:50pm and the open sign was out and the breakfast sign was by the road so i went around the block to park and when I walked it up was about 1:55 and it was closed and locked up advertised to be open till 3pm on there google page so closed over an hour early so I went to Burger King I’ve been trying to get food here for awhile but either closes early or is closed on weekends :/ sorry guys“

“All the food came out perfectly and the wait staff was on top of everything. it was the best experience I have ever had at that place and maybe anywhere else to date. 10/10Parking: It is located in a large parking lot, so there is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have small incline ramps, so you can sit just about anywhere in the building.“

“We eat at Zen Fusion once or twice a month and feel like it’s Rochester’s best kept secret. Great food, great service and if you hit it on the right night, even live music! Fuji Fajitas are our favorite! Also love the special holiday menus-this is not just Asian/hibachi cuisine. Had a great St. Patrick’s meal there a couple years back and the Chocolate Torte is wonderful. Recommend.“

“What a wonderful Friday evening! Me and my significant other enjoyed a lovely Jazz band in the bar, I ordered the pork chops which are amazing! Our server was Brenda very delightful! She definitely made us feel so welcomed and at home! 5 stars all around!“

“Bartenders are amazing! However, popcorn machine broke over a month ago but owner is too cheep to fix it. Apparently he won’t let them turn on the a/c either and it’s super hot in here so you might want to call ahead and confirm the temp before going. If you like a sauna feel it’s perfect on a humid night.“
