This location is amazing. People give this place a hard time but I think it’s unwarranted. People need to lighten up and stop getting angry over a cheeseburger.

I was in line and watched the staff make a mistake on the order before so they took my sandwich out of my bag before they handed it to me and gave it to the gentleman in front of me and when i raised a concern i was told by the gm to calm down they were training

we had such a simple order and they messed it up. no sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and no large fry. on one of the mcchickens LOADS of sauce, way too much; the next one, bone dry. awful and horrible. please don’t come

My daughter had a pretty simple.order and it was all wrong. We called and pretty much got the brush off from the MOD. Worst drive thru within 25 miles.
Their food is just way too overpriced for the quality that it is horribly made never get the order correct and for the price I could go to a sit-down restaurant and get better food better quality

The worst McDonalds drive-thru experience I've ever had.1. Cashier didn't say a word except the amount I owed.2. The 'fast' food took 15 minutes. If I was looking for a slow meal, I would not waste my time here. There was just one car in front of me.3. The fries were barely warm and unsalted.4. The Sprite I ordered is literally carbonated water.Would not recommend.Edit: Forgot to mention the spicy crispy chicken sandwich I ordered. Sauce. A lot of it. On the sandwich and also all over the outside of the bag containing it for some reason.

I went to drive through. They couldn't get my order correct. After they wasted all the time I had, I drove away without food. This seems to be the new normal for most service industries but I am not accepting it.
