I have always loved Otto's Bakery, I have never gotten a bad donut, muffin, danish, fritter. They hit it spot on every single time. Would recommend Otto's if you're looking for a sweet treat to bring to any event. The only con that I see is that they only take cash.
Here's what I love about Otto's: it is absolutely the best donuts around Rochester, and it's a wonderful family-owned relic of how small-town bakeries used to be. They are tremendously generous, and even though they only accept cash, they are so flexible with their patrons. It's worth it to stop by and pick something out of the sweets case, or grab a fresh loaf of bread. Be ready to feel welcomed!

We stopped here right when they opened. Heading back home to FL 1700 miles with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Cozy spot. We walked in and were greeted with a welcome feel. Chose our items and as I go to pay I was told they were cash only. I never carry cash and only have card. I asked if I could Venmo or cash app to pay but I couldn't. Julie - said don't worry about it just I ask you to pay it forward. I appreciate this gesture and if I pass by again in the future will definitely be stopping....read full review
