They close at 8 but doors are locked at 7:15-7:30. When you are lucky enough to find it open during business hours they are so sloppy. Mishear what you say, don't fix it, get an attitude when you correct them. Save yourself some trouble, drive 5 more mins and go to kasson.

friendly staff, very patience and helpful. ony thing i see wrong is that the lettece was turning brown a little but it was toward end of day. other thing is have the employees tell customers that 1 slice of bacon is $1.00 before putting it on. thats crazy expensive.

The staff obviously doesn't get proper training.. I ordered a black forest ham footlong it came with 3 paper thin slices of meat at 7 pieces of peperjack cheese, not sure how that even happens! I won't be going there again to pay over 10 dollars for a bread and cheese sandwich. And 3 tomatoes and a pinch of lettuce. Disappointed to say the least

The service was good, and the food was as expected. Overall a good experience however the food is very over priced ( I paid 38$ for 3 foot long subs). Additionally this store does not participate in Subway coupons or deals.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Bread is stale. Service is slow. They don’t accept subway coupons. There’s a reason why so few people come here compared to the other fast food restaurant down the road. Because it’s run so poorly.

I'd like to put zero but that's not possible. The worker was really rude to us and the other customers. He made the people in front of us wait for their 3 sandwiches while he made our three sandwiches. Ours needed to be toasted, so he let their sandwiches sit open while he toasted our sandwiches. He then finished their sandwiches and checked them out. He then returned to us and asked what we wanted on our sandwiches, pretty cut and dried except he put peppers on one of the sandwiches which we had requested to not have them. I asked him to take the peppers off and he told me that I needed to tell him I didn't want peppers at the beginning, which I had. He took them off and slapped the sandwich closed and checked us out. I asked if we could get all three sandwiches as meals, that seemed to be way too much to ask. I really don't normally go to Subway, but I will make a point of avoiding it at all costs after that trip.

So I don’t eat at subway too often. I decided to treat myself. Staff was so rude. Was annoyed because I didn’t know the exact name of the bread I wanted. Very short with me. Overall terrible experience. Don’t know how they have customer if they treat people like this.

Food is good, but I have never met a nastier 2 people in my life the mother and son combo that work there during the day are exceptionally rude. They barked at a poor old man because he didn’t know what he wanted to order after 30 secs. And when I went to order they were short and rude to me as well. Never felt more unwelcomed in a store in my life

They're delivering a couple of subs here to our house becausemy son and I have been wanting one. I ordered online and had to call and correct the ingredients on one of the subs because I accidentally added items I didn't want. They were very short with me, and the one I talked to just hung up after I said what I didn't want on there. This is very rude and unprofessional.
