Was visiting from out of town. Their website said food was served until 10pm. Arrived with my friends at approximately 9:50. As we walked in, we went to take a seat and was greeted by a man sitting behind a counter on his phone. We sat there for about 15 minutes with no other staff to be seen until out from the kitchen comes a waiter who explains to us that the kitchen had just closed. So, not only were we there before 10pm, we sat with no help until it was past 10pm. Only to get told we couldn't order so, we promptly left to find another option. I can't help but think the gentleman on his phone had communicated to the server that we were there and to not come out from the kitchen until after 10 so they didn't have deal with cooking for our party of 4 but I could be wrong. Either way, terrible experience and would never go back or recommend. Consider an alternative.

Gosh, so many good things to say about this gem! The jalapeno popper and bacon burgers didn't disappoint, and the staff was friendly and conversational. Slower, after lunch rush ended up being the perfect time to go.We'll be back next time we are in town. Thank you!

Best Juicy Lucys in the state, there is no comparison. The roadhouse consistently stands among the greatest burgers I have ever experienced in my life. From Minneapolis to Miami, to Las Vegas and everything in between - this is the burger spot. Our server Ali F. is always amazing, and great with kids too!

Unfortunately, very fatty food in color, it looks like the oil has not changed for a very long time(. Toast was brought instead of a burger, and the burger was not fried. Despite this, the child liked it. The atmosphere is calm.

Went to the Champlin 5-8 location. We've had the juicy Lucy and the chicken dinner. Everything was good and the service was excellent. Seems to always be busy which to me is a good sign.
