2/3/24 was by far the best pizza i have ever had from this place ? we got a taco pizza and we’re not disappointed in the least bit 5/5 would highly recommend and will be back

They forgot something on my delivery, I had to drive to them to go pick it up.....Not happy with there customer service.... Not sure if I will order from them again...

Chanticlear pizza has been my go to delivery pizza for well over a decade as I fell in love with their bold flavorful pizza sauce. I often ordered extra sauce and with a variety of pepperoni and another ingredient combos.I'd see their monthly specials that looked interesting, but I had my go to pepperoni, if it was hot I went with jalapeno, if mild banana peppers, if sweet <GASP> pineapple (those who are in disbelieve, have you ever really tried it?)Well a few months ago I got adventurous as I was in the mood for something different and believe I got some potato monthly special pizza or something and it was gooooood. Since then, I try to try the special pizza of the month at least once a month (yeah I eat a lot of pizza, I think Chanticlear actually has ME on speed dial.)We this month I tried their Firehouse Special Pizza of the Month and OH MY HAVE I FALLEN IN LOVE! I am taking bites of my second firehouse pizza already this month as I type. It even has my beloved pepperoni in it among a wonderful collection of flavors, and yes I still ask for extra sauce (at .50 I feel it is worth it, actually a must for me.) I highly recommend during these cold months to have the oven preheated to make the slices piping hot as you go, i just toss a slice in for about four minutes at 400 when I am ready for another as it ensures all those wonderful flavors stay fluid and melt into one another and then my mouth.This is just a long overdue example of why I love Chanticlear Pizza, but also the craft of pizza making they have proven to me is a real thing, with their specialty combo pizzas, some ONLY available as pizza of the month. So do yourself a flavorful favor and deviate from the old go to pizza ingredients once in a while and give their special pizzas of the month a try too. I think you will be shocked by just how awesome they are too.

I've gotten this pizza from the Anoka branch before but decided that Champlin was a better choice tonight because it was on my way. No success getting the coupon code to work online with the pizza so called the staff. They seemed nice but not helpful. After 20 minutes of my precious life gone, I gave up. Called back later to nicely register a simple complaint about all the time it takes to just order a 2-topping pizza without getting overcharged. Just as I was about to hang up I could hear the staff on the other end, who forgot to hang up, swearing gleefully and making fun of the call / stupid customers etc. Won't be going to this location anymore and I hope the owner sees this and has a good talk with those kids about what it means to have a job...

Always good pizza! We usually do pickup & I don't think we e ever had an issue. Our go to for pizza in the area.I like frickle pickle topping!

I ordered a "make your own pizza". Medium with Hand Tossed crust. When it arrived it was a half Cheese and the other side was a mound of a variety of toppings. It was very spicy, tasted like BBQ sauce and there was Bacon.....I am allergic to Bacon. My point is people do make mistakes and they should have just solved it right away. We ended up having this "debate". The gentleman on the phone said "we don't make mistakes like that". So, I just spent $30+ dollars on a Pizza that I can not eat, I mean literally can't eat. He did not offer to do a thing. Minimally a small pizza would have been something!! He said "Company policy is no reimbursements". This is not the first time.....but I keep ordering, thinking maybe this time done. Customer service is just that, Customer SERVICE"......your JOB!Sorry but I'm just sick of it.

17.49 coupon somehow turned into 53.99 pizza that was garbage. The thing was so wet everything fell off and my plate was full of liquid. For 53 dollars my d*** self should have got a good meal, first time ordering from here and will never again.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Ordered carry out and it was done on time - and hot! Especially loved the sauce (very flavorful) and crust (perfectly done -crispy).
