It was busy as usual and it seems to be more hustle bustle when it was not as pleasant as normal. I brought my grandchildren in not realizing the play ground was gone. The food was good. Had to go up and get my chicken nuggets they forgot, which was the kids. Very pleasant staff.

The food is good and the service is excellent. However, I do not understand the cult like following for the chicken. It's good, but I have had just as good of chicken at a gas station. Culvers chicken still stands on top.
Used to come here frequently but drive thru service has been horrendous, especially since opening mobile order lane. Food is poorer quality as well.

Used mobile app to order and went thru mobile only lane. Compared to before much faster. No complaints, but I'm not surprised some folks don't like new layouts since they give priority to mobile orders. Order on the app, and you are golden. Live in the past, and you will wait a little longer for your food.
