Super good coffee. Great flavor and roast. I had a cortado, and it was piping hot, which is great. I’m deducting 1 star because the place was hard to find/identify (it’s actually inside of Chanhassen brewing) and the patio area is so close to the highway that the noise level is a big bummer. I will be back but will probably sit inside.

It’s great to find a local coffee roaster that has good beans across the board. Not only are their light and medium roast good but they can do dark as well! I’m proud to buy local and have it actually be quality as well.

The owner was behind the counter when I went in, and he's also the head roaster. I've been home roasting coffee for 20 years, so we had a great conversation about coffee market coffee beans flavor profiles and roasting profiles. Clearly a knowledgeable guy who is enthusiastic about coffee. Awesome to see out in the 'burbs. Currently, at least as of 2 weeks ago, they're only open Friday Saturday Sunday, and they weren't doing pour overs or any hot brewed coffee, but I know he's hoping to change that in the next couple months. The cold brew was delicious as everyone has said, but even better were the beans. I'm a huge fan of a natural processed Ethiopian. It's coffee that tastes like fruit and berries and remind you that this is something that comes from a cherry like fruit. But to capture those flavors you do have to roast the beans carefully. Under roasted and it'll taste grassy and acidic, over roasted by just a hair and that faint taste of char just lower the overall experience. These beans were great at a mild city roast, I think they've done a great job. I put a four for the atmosphere because it's inside a giant brewery bar. And that's a cool aesthetic for some just not for me. It was awesome to try them out, and I hope they get a lot of success out here

I had the new s’mores coffee and it was delicious! It had the flavor of toasted marshmallow and graham cracker with just a hint of chocolate. Most s’mores drinks are very chocolate forward, so this was a pleasant surprise.
