I bought a giant sandwich and it had 1 piece of meat and cheese that you could see through it. Not worth the money at all. Plus there is a strange taste to it as well.

This will probably sound ridiculous but. I’m pregnant and all I can eat are Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I’ve been to every location within 15 miles in the last month and this one is top notch. My sandwich this evening had the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce (not too much just to fill the sandwich and spread out nicely not in a clump in the middle). Sounds silly, it’s just a sandwich - I know. But this sandwich was exceptional!

honestly, I've never met a more rude bunch of staff. the guy who took my order was nice. the woman is ALWAYS SO RUDE and has got my order wrong the last two times. I went back to buy a bag of chips and the man checking me out had the worst attitude. i paid in partial change instead of breaking a $20 bill and he rolled his eyes. I kindly told him to have a nice day and he responded "mmmhmmm". How hard is it to smile & show a little kindness? I will drive out of my way to avoid this store again. half of the staff clearly hates their job and customers. I come here a few times a month and it's consistent.... her attitude always sucks. no one was in line and 5 people were chit chatting for a good two minutes while I stood their to buy my chips. Then they walk up with an attitude and don't even speak to me. I never have left a review so it takes a lot for me to complain. Also, no one tells me when. Y food us ready. I stood there ststing at the bags wondering if one was mine.... Then she finally said "take your food". downright mean!

So the app says they close at 9:00, but they close at what time? I sent in my order at 8:13 he says he closes at 8:30 but somehow he didn't get my order on time. Sandwich wasn't there I'm not happy, don't waste my time, how is the Jimmy John's app not have the correct time. That seems like a really basic thing.

We ordered from your store for our Twins graduation party. The whole process was so easy and the food was a huge hit. Three days before we called to add an extra box just in case and I am so glad we did. There was not much left over!I had no clue what to order and they took the time to explain all the options and had patience with me. Lol. Highly recommend these guys for catering!
Just Picked up a work catering order and the guy working was completely rude. I actually had to tell him it’s ok and that he was hostile for no reason. Really made me feel bad.

As someone who used to work at a JJ my pet peeve is when they forget to cut the sandwich if it’s box is ✅ and when they straight up don’t include the checked items, ie: mayo packets, this is like the 7th time in a row. If you’re out of them fine but I’ve called about this before and I’m just like ugh hellooooo anyone home? Aside from that. It’s a good team, but like homies come on. Read the whole ticket. It literally isn’t that hard. Retired server In me is always doing 22% tip at least but Jesus get it together fam.photo added for reference that cut in half, and mayo packets were a part of the saved order.

Bottom of the French bread seemed a little stale (it was 3 pm, between the meal rushes), but with mayo and mustard, there was enough moisture for it not to be a big deal.My go-to is always #5 Vito. Surprisingly, among the lower calorie 8" subs (at 580).Hubby got the Club Tuna because it was Friday and he's Catholic.We'll always come back.
