Don't eat here! Food falls on dirty counters and they still serve it!The employees take food that fell on counters, claim they are clean and try to serve them to you. When you deny food that fell on dirty counters, they put it back in the hot plate to serve to someone else. Absolutely disgusting.I ordered the Peking chicken, wanted pot stickers and egg rolls. One of the pot stickers fell on the counter and she picked it up and put it in my Togo container. I called her on it and said no you don't do that. She argued with me claiming the dirty counters were clean. When I told her I no longer wanted anything but the Peking chicken, she took the pot sticker and put it back in the hot bowl to serve to some one else. Then she refused to give me the managers name.Absolutely disgusting. Lost a long time regular customer.

Bourbon chicken had lots of fat on it. No apology from them when I brought to their attention. Offered me something else. Music on intercom was loud!

I was just dismayed at the lack of customer service by the staff. No acknowledgment, and a terse response from the front end cook.

Stopped in this afternoon to have a late lunch and I opted for the two half entree meal with fried rice. I chose sesame chicken and firecracker shrimp. As usual the rice was good and the entrees were both hot and tasted great. Two things that I enjoy about Leeann Chin is that I know what to expect and I am rarely, if ever, disappointed as their food quality seems to be consistent. The second thing I enjoy is there hot mustard which is so spicy that it clears your sinuses. When it comes to quick serve Chinese I truly believe that Leeann Chin is better than both Panda Express and Hy Vee and I'm not comparing it with places such as Rainbow or PF Chang's.***Visited again late last week and while I have no issue with paying extra and realize that food cost has risen, however, the entree portions seem to be getting smaller just look at the photos from last year on the left to last week on the right.
Food is okay, service can be a bit slow. Just be prepared if you go through the drive thru window it will take some time, so be patient.

I've enjoyed this location for your years but Old egg rolls and tough chicken are the norm here now along with rude customer service. Maybe it will improve, but I'll never know.

The chicken I ordered is so tough, it makes me wonder if it was even cooked today considering the place just opened for the day.
Meh. Maybe stopped on an off day. Had lunch around 1:30 on a Tuesday.Service quick and pleasant.Had the Thai coconut chicken with vegetable fried rice and some cream puffs. All tasted as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Didn't eat much of it.Cost $16 with a bottle of water.

The portions are huge & the food taste like a good quality family food. Will definitely come back anytime we are this way.

This location has a consistent drive thru experience every time: almost no wait time; always get the order right; friendly interaction; food is always the same quality; I always get the exact same experience every time. This is exactly what fast casual is supposed to offer!

never in my life have i eaten anything so bland. there were 4 people in my party, and no one enjoyed their meal- everyone ordered something different, and No One liked their food; it was bland, generic, and flavorless. i will never eat here, ever again. i would would give the food zero stars, but that wasn't an option.Vegetarian options: peapods and carrots

I used to work at LeeAnn Chin (on the line and as a cook) so I understand how their food should look and taste. This location has been complete garbage the last couple of times I've been there. This time (today), they served me REALLY old Peking Chicken - it was so tough it was like beef jerky and NOT chicken. I certainly won't be going back. Save your money.
