I used to live in St Louis and was a regular at St Louis Bread Co before it became Panera. In it current form, I hardly recognize the company and its offerings. The Chanhassen site is barely a cut above an automat: one places an order on a terminal through a ridiculously convoluted menu (really, if you're working to eliminate the human element, can't you at least implement voice to text for this purpose????), pays at the same terminal, picks up a buzzer, and then goes to a window...read full review
