My sandwich had a long hair in it. And my chicken pot pie soup tasted spoiled. It tasted sour and my daughter ate a few bites of the soup and ended up throwing up 30 mins later, that’s when I took a bite and notice it was bad. AND the guy who was getting our mac and cheese got some cheese on his hands and he LICKED it with his tongue and continued to pack our Mac and cheese….Why are you guys not wearing hair nets? OR gloves?????? Disgusting

The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.Parking: Short on spaces to park nearby.

Can't beat the classic wreck. Sucks you can't order a wrecking ball (adding meatball to the wreck) via the app or online. Also they forgot my avacado on my sandwich. That's a pretty pricey addon to be forgetting ?

"Why did you take that off the board?!?" . The middle-aged woman, who was cranky to me since I arrived, was asking why I took a folded pamphlet off their community cork board. In order to read a folded pamphlet, I had to take the pin out and remove it from the board to look at it. She then emphasized there was only one so it had to be on the board. If only they spent this much time worrying about their food as they do about that.

We had a pretty bad experience at this location. We waited for for over 30 minutes for our food. My wife's sandwich had a long hair in it. They remade the sandwich but there were no apologies or anything. Normally they are pretty good but not today!

Strawberry shake was delish. Turkey sandwich also good. I like that Potbelly decorates for the local schools and teams. The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that's why an average rating on service. Gloves for food prep should be removed when handling register.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for the door as well as to parking from curb.
