Talk about shrinkflation. The equivalent of what was the cheesarito is now a morsel. Used to be about 11 inches long and packed with cheese but now only about 4 to 5 inches long - would not even qualify as much more than 2 bites. Also sauce packs volume is ridiculously small - needs 2 to 3 packages to the one original size.

Maybe if you don't have any adjustments to your order you'll be fine. But I requested no lettuce and no beans. I received plenty of both.

Ordered food to be picked up a half hour later due to having 9 items and some modifications. Arrived at pickup time and sent my daughter in to get the food. She came back out and the bag looked too small for the number of items ordered. It had my name and the 9 items on the sticker, but there were only 4 completely different items in the bag. Went inside and waited for about five minutes before somebody asked if they could help me. Heard other employees joking about "the kid grabbing the wrong bag". Fortunantely, she didn't hear them making fun of her(for a mistake somebody there made). I saw another mobile order there which likely had my items inside. Employee saw that the items were wrong and said he would remake them. Waited about ten minutes for the new order to come out. Got home and found partially grilled food with skimpy ingredients and mislabeled items. Been going to this location for over 20 years and it was the worst experience I ever had there.
I arrived at 7:40pm to find the lobby closed yet again. I called to see if they were actually open and someone answered. When I asked if they were open I was told only drive through because they are short staffed and then I was hung up on before I could ask anything else. I went through the drive through and ordered. Then I pulled around to check the order and 2 cars pulled up with 4 people. I let them know the lobby was closed and was laughed at. As I was driving away someone let the 4 people into the lobby. Very rude to me in the drive through as well. Also the food was slapped together and very poorly assembled with very little product in it.

Went thru drive thru at 3:45PM, Saturday 1/20/23. No one behind me yet manager became impatient and pushy. Overheard him say "come on" because I was taking a few seconds to remove paper from my straw. Unbelievable!
