Lot of parking space available but nobody cares u can sleep portable washroom outside u check in 6 hours early your appointment but they will unlod you on your appointment time.

10 hours to deliver and pick up are getting worse and worse, the waiting time is ridiculous and even more so if there are holidays it takes too long

i see a lot of the bad reviews involve pickups.. all i can say is ive been here twice for deliveries & its damn near perfect.. lots of room, theyll take you up to 6 hours early, and best of all lots of overnight parking.. despite (weirdly) a bunch of signs saying you can't park overnight, but trust me you can. What more can i say, great place.. to deliver anyway!

I just arrived 9 hours before my appointment time. The ladies in the check in office are so kind, funny and accommodating. I was on a dock immediately and being unloaded. The dock workers were fast. I was grateful that they took me early and wanted to write a review that counters all of the self entitled $$holes that come on here to complain. Treat people the way you want to be treated.....were all on the same team. Smooches!

❌Here’s pics from three different loads was shipped to California from this place , pics will say it all !Be carful drivers here they don’t care much about wrapping and securing the loads for you and you’ll pay the price for it in the end when they reject your load like what happened to those 3 drivers !

Picked up 11/14/22. Had a 7 am pickup. Unfortunately my delivery beforehand was scheduled for 10 am hahaha. It is a very busy place. Do not book this load if you can't make it on time. More often than not, they will load based on who's on time. I have been late to this place before and they loaded me quickly. Don't take that and use it for optimism. Plan accordingly, book your loads accordingly. If you miss your pickup time, you're most likely going to be there for hours because it is such a busy place. You will get held up and be a work in. There will be a bunch of trucks there when you come. There's places to park overnight on the premises there of you have a pickup or delivery early. Once again, BE ON TIME!!!

3 stars because the loads pay well and usually no issues. On the other hand, coming here on thr weekend was a nightmare. Nobody within thr whole facility, would respond to our dispatch or broker for a pick up number request. Drove 2 hours here and sat from 4:30pm to 8am the next day. We booked our load through Echo brokerage, who was equally incompetent. They gave me the same pick up number for another load already picked up. They had no way of finding the pick up number for this load. There's plenty of brokers who can handle such a simple task. Please use a different company.
