Worst service ever at Subway in Cold Spring! After waiting in line 30 min we asked how much longer til she could help us as she kept making online orders. She said use the app if you want faster service, that’s my priority. I said what about helping the customers who have been standing here for 30 min? She refused to take our order, started throwing stuff around & said you parents should learn to make your own kids a sandwich & asked if I wanted a job. She was so rude. As we walked out she danced in excitement that we were leaving & then threw a sub at the window. Only one person working at 11:30am on a Sat & she claimed to be the manager. Not sure if she really was the manager or just said that so I didn’t call her boss. Multiple people in line before us walked out without ordering also. Gave 1 star-only because there’s no option to give zero stars. Terrible way to treat someone who is trying to support your business.

Would never usually take time to review a restaurant like this but this was the worst sandwhich I've ever had. Out of half the kinds of bread. Chipotle sauce tasted watery. Tomato's and other veggies just mush and nasty. Not too mention it took about 15 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of me. Garbage for a $9 6 inch sub.

The worst freaking place the manager was absolutely ruined the paper that they sent the flyer that they send out for 2 for 13 are a scam manager should be

Horrible service. Door and website states open at 8am. Arrived at 815, door was unlocked. Nothing was out. Opener/owner kept complaining to me that I just walked in expecting a sub and she wasn't open because her open light wasn't on. Complained that my order was coming out of her pocket because her closer didn't do their job and she didn't have the register ready. She threw a sandwich together and complained that I "was lucky" she even came in today. I put cash on the counter, and told her she had her door unlocked, and I am still a customer. If she wasn't open she should keep her door locked. I put some cash on the counter, grabbed my sandwich and walked out.

They need more employees. There were 2 that were working and one was doing prep and the other one had a line of customers to help. Very nice guys. They were trying to get things moving with orders coming in and 10-15 people in line. Not fair to them!

This shop never disappoints. People are so friendly it's always clean and food is perfectly fresh.
Worst service. Last 3 times I went I walked out. One person ahead of me, shouldn’t take so long to place an order. 1 person working only. Close the doors or service your customers. Very disappointing.

Only one person working ,, she had to make the subs and check people out . Did not put on new gloves after handling money and then making more subs ! Very unsanitary! Shouldn’t be open if they don’t have enough workers !!

I was here on my lunch hour. There was 1 person working! Just ridiculous! Poor dude! I can't believe they have him working all by himself! I have seen 5 people walk out now.
