Awesome beer and food trucks are typically great. Head out on the weekend and watch some cars cruise up and down in the summer.

We were on a st pats day bus tour that stopped here. Three women bartenders were very rude! Wouldn’t wait on us sitting at the bar but snatched up a 5 dollar bill sitting on the bar like they deserved it.

By far one of my favorite breweries in the Twin Cities!! The staff is amazing. They have a great variety of food trucks. Comfortable taproom alongside a great patio (the patio gets covered with an event tent and heaters in the colder months). Great free bingo and trivia having great prizes. And of course the beer is amazing. I strongly suggest trying the Ben's Minnesota Martini olive beer.

The best beer tenders and some of the best beer around !! We always feel welcome whenever we walk into the taproom

A hidden gem in the Twin Cities. Excellent beer each time on dozens of visits and a cool location that fits the area. A relaxed vibe and a broad beer list. Love the strong beers and IPAs, but my whole crew likes the regular change in seltzers and sours.

Good quality beer. Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but it's in a nice location

My second time at Alloy Brewing and it did not disappoint. I ordered two of their beers: Gose Good with Raspberry and Laser Lips. Both were fruity with the perfect amount of tart. They know how to do beer! The day I went they ended up having Drag Bingo which was a fun addition. Prizes included things like free beer tokens and crowlers (although I unfortunately didn't win any - sad face!) They have snacks on deck and also a food truck. So vconvenient if you need something to balance it the drinks. Great place!

Out of all the breweries I’ve been to I must say that Alloy has the best tasting beer! The butter beer is phenomenal as well as the Apple pie and dopplebock beers. Excellent beer and service!

Great staff, great variety of beers for everyone and a nice facility to try the over 19 taps and hang out. Add in some old school pinball and video games and you have Allot Brewing!

I've seen them at various beer events but they never registered with me as a place to visit. Safe to say I've been missing out this whole time! We Finally made the trip and I loved everything I tried from this under the radar, outer ring brewery. Cool, relaxed atmosphere in an old auto shop with plenty of seating and a couple TV's. They've got some pinball machines if you're into that and a parking lot patio around back that's dog friendly. The bartenders that I talked to we're super friendly and helpful. They've got some local beer-centric jewelery and coupons for a local game shop. No food but frequent trucks and a few binders of local delivery options. Their nitro tan porter was one of the better beers I've had in a while. Super smooth and full bodied but not too sweet. Can't wait till they put it on CO2 so I can get a crowler/growler. Their apple pie get was also excellent, but a lot. 5-10oz is perfect but you definitely want to try it. Their märzen and festbier were nice and crisp without being too malty. Huge fan overall and will definitely be back to try anything new they put out.
