Got breakfast. Once in awhile I get the itch for BK breakfast . They had a special in the app on the biscuit sandwiches so this time I got a coffee, biscuit sausage egg sandwich and hash browns. Everything was cooked fine, but the biscuit itself was dry. Not sure if that is typical, but when I get breakfast here I usually have the sausage croissan'wich which never lets me down. The coffee is not very good in my opinion, but has caffeine so it served its purpose.
By far the worst fast food restaurant experience I’ve ever had by a mile. I’ve never had such a distasteful experience in my entire life with fast food. The managers is an actual problem, I don’t even know why they still keep him. This place is literally a 1 star place and I can see why. Does Burger King not value its ratings and customer service? This manager is so rude and hostile for no apparent reason, and he just had such a bad attitude. STAY AWAY from this place, it’ll ruin your week! I promise you that there much better place with better customer service!

A week or so I stopped and ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings. Both were TERRIBLE. I ended up throwing it all in the trash. Believe me when I say I am NOT one to waste food!!

So... as I read it to your reviews about this location. It seems there's a few problems this Burger King building is their manager.He is something that he doesn't pleased and everything else to help his coworkers. Including, not sound to be friendly though. Most people will give quick thoughts of negative and positive about each person, is you are a stranger or an innocent person.As for each Burger King location, it is probably one of those stressful jobs as a new employee or manager that possibly happened for your life. Fast-Food Restaurants is very challenging for any of you. It's a shame if you are lazy, talking to customers, smoking cigarettes, sharing posts on the app, or looking up to your phone.(The question is... How about you and everybody else to apply for the fast food restaurant jobs instead? Try it yourself in working over 6 months once you quit and review to everybody about your experience. Don't be such a coward, ladies and gentlemen.)We all humans made it the same mistake, like I'm telling anyone, sharing each other's bad day and what's going on.

Horrible customer service from big guy with pony talk. And old Caucasian male manager with glasses. Both are rude and have no business working in customer service. I will never go to this location again. Don’t waste your money. Go to another location. put it down to go eat go eat go eat your food go go go your mouth close your mouth. Then on top of that they bother are rude to the employees that work there. Bad choice of management by ownership which explains how it trickles down to the employees. ????
Service was super slow. Only a few cars in front of us at the drive thru and it took almost 25 minutes to get one sandwich. Probably won't go back there.
Front counter guy is rude and disrespectful. Don’t think he like his job or wants to be there.

The person who was supposed to take my order doesn't speak English. I asked the same question 3 times and didn't get an answer. When I finally got my order I asked where my chocolate chip cookies were. They were under the hot items at the bottom of the bag. I won't go back.
