I sat down and ordered a burrito which was good. I also ordered the burrito bowls which are great also.Parking: We had to park farther away since there is limited parking.

i ordered at 5:30 and i didn’t get my burrito until 6:30 which is ridiculous. and then one of the burritos i got we only ordered chicken, cheese, lettuce, and rice. we got sour cream, corn, and tomatoes on it, how do you mess up that bad and put three items on there that don’t belong. i’ve had issues with this chipotle before and found plastic wrap in my burrito. what a waste of money.

I placed an order online through the app. I order extra Al Pastor chicken, white rice, black beans, mild tomato salsa, medium corn salsa, medium green salsa, light red salsa, extra sour cream, cheese, & light lettuce. The food I got had extra white rice, a regular serving of Al Pastor chicken & EXTRA red salsa. NOTHING else. It was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. I made a complaint online with "Pepper chat" & was given a free drink code. I really feel I should have been reimbursed as I couldn't even enjoy the food & was unable to reorder because they were closed. I believe it was done intentionally due to that fact.

This location is ALWAYS severely understaffed. In the last 3 times I've ordered through the app, it would've been quicker just showing up and waiting in line. All 3 separate times I've waited 45-55min pass my promised pick up time. The staff always seems to be in a bad mood. (Likely from being overwooked/understaffed) Chipotle app makes it completely impossible to cancel order once placed/paid. (Once they get your money, it's too late) The restaurant have no way of issuing a refund for the order even though they have not even started making the order. You just have to sit and wait. No matter how long it takes.

clean your restaurant once in your life. can’t imagine what your homes look like if your store looks as dirty as it is. i also love getting mild salsa that has more corn than the actual tomatoes. sloppy employees, disgusting restaurant. if this is a franchise the owner needs to sell, they obviously are incapable of maintaining a functioning restaurant. if this is a corporate store, fire house from top to bottom. or just close the store.

Didn’t have basic ingredients available. Extremely messy, looks like a food fight took place and the line was long and moved very slow

I came at a fairly non busy time, 11:35 on a Sun, and ordered a Burrito, Quesadilla, and a Drink. Steak and Chicken were great, especially on the Quesadilla. The employees were quite helpful, as its been a while since I ordered here. I definitely recommend ordering in person, as my food was much fresher than my experience with deliveries from locations similar to Chipotle. Other than that, the place was considerably clean despite the snowy weather. Overall, a great visit and I was lucky enough to have a gift card, so I only spent ~$5 for my meal.Parking: Fairly average amount of spaces, had to park on the "far" side, but I don't mind walking 50ft or so.

Always “understaffed”, or only taking online and app orders. . No in person ordering allowed.Last 3 times I’ve been to this location the sign on the door said “online orders only” so I had to place my order in the app in the restaurant. today there were 8 employees standing behind the front counter with a birthday cake and candles lit singing happy birthday to an employee, then cut the cake and started eating it over the food prep station. Whole restaurant was dirty.
