Ordered a chicken strip basket with the upgrade to Cheese Curds. Came out and the chicken was over cooked to the point it had a noticeable off taste. The Cheese Curds were so over done they had leaked all of the cheese out of the fried bits and i munched on slightly softer than rock breading. The young lady that took my order was very kind, the older lady (manager) wasnt very friendly, scowling as she removed an item i decided I didnt want and then not saying a single word as she shoved my meal into my hand.

We had an order that was not made right and the manager said she would put our name in a complaint book, well we came back today 06/19/2023 and the owner was rude and couldn't find my name so they didn't honor the promise of replacing our order and making it right. Such bad service I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this location and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location. The owner was not obviously looking out for her customers and it was such a disappointment.
Dairy Queen is great (especially this time of year)! We ordered a couple cones and a Blizzard. The food was delicious but the cones didn't last long in the 90° weather. But that's part of the reason why they give you napkins!

I don’t know what happened to this location, But it’s not good. I’ve had one bad experience right after another. My experiences at this location the last 2-3 years has been rough, Probably 20 visits. Every time I’m waiting 15 mins minimum. Which wouldn’t be so bad if the product quality was there. From the food, ice cream, wait time, And customer service this location doesn’t have any of those attributes going for it. My wait time this trip was 30 mins. This will be my last visit unless I hear some vast improvement to this store. I’ll go across the street to McDonald’s if I have too.

Sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes, most of that was at the window. Fries were burnt and old, blizzard wasn't mixed. Worst of all, Flamethrower burger was just burgers, cheese, old lettuce and sauce, forgot the Bacon$17 and the meal was completely inedible.

Bigger than some DQ's I've been to and we brought a large group in. The staff were AMAZING and quick though, working together to get are large order going straight away so we could keep our group moving. Thank you so much for staying organization and getting out all our orders.

Quick service. Beautifully designed ice cream cake and when they added happy birthday on it they held it for me in the freezer when they realized we were eating there before leaving. They were very attentive and brought it out to us quickly when we were ready to leave. Onion rings are the best ever!
