Stopped in for a late lunch with my son. The staff were all friendly. Place was not busy. We both got our orders freaky fast. Enjoyed our food in the restaurant. It's like other Jimmy John's for the most part and food was up to par.2 subs and a brownie was $21 and some change.

I came in a couple minutes right before closing and I really appreciate that they were still open until the close time unlike other times I've encountered other food chains closing 5-10min earlier than supposed to. The workers were kind and understanding as well. Thank you!

If possible, try avoid getting your food delivered from this store. Usually takes 1hr+ (when I live less 5 minutes away..). No issues in store.

Seriously need new management of this store. Hours have changed some much this is thr first time in a month I was able to get in when people were there working only to find out they are out of bread. Htf do you run out of bread you only sell one thing. Wish this store would just close and something new could come in and maybe be of use to yhr community

Poor service for 3 people working and it being slow. Sandwich was not made to order and I didn't realize that until I was home. Cashier was chomping on gum with her mouth open while I ordered. Overall just an overpriced, poorly made sandwich

I've been here multiple times and always get the same sandwich. #13. Sometimes everything will be on there. Sometimes they forget the cheese. Sometimes the bacon. And this last time it just had ham. No cheese or bacon and was caked with mayo and mustard so the bread was soggy. So make sure you have the right sandwich when you leave the place. This is the closest location to me but ill probably be choosing somewhere else so I can actually get the sandwich I ordered.

Every time this place disappoints. Thanks for the 10 shreds of old lettuce! Also paid for cheese which wasn't added, and asked to be cut in half. Cut in half?! What a shitty thing to complain about... but it's an option that they give you or I wouldn't have asked.

Will never go here again. I've given it 3 chances. First chance, saw someone touching their face without gloves picking at whatever on their face then continued to make sandwiches. 2nd time, tried delivery (pre-pandemic) and it took more than 45 mins for them to deliver less than half a mile away, figured enough time had passed for face toucher to no longer work there, somewhat better sandwiches 2nd time around. The picture shown is the final straw. That brown looking stuff is stale/old lettuce and onions that looks like it has mold on it that was put on my sandwich tonight. I should keep eating it so i get sick and sue this franchise. I do not post reviews very often. If I were you, I'd stay away from this place.

Very normal experience for a Jimmy John's. I've eaten her several times and have never had any issues. Foods good. Cookies are great. But I've never been wowed, hence the average rating. I give them money, they give me food. I eat it and poop it out later.
