You either like McDonald's or you don't. As far as McDonald's goes, this place was great. Hit the drive thru for breakfast after dropping kids off at school. Cost too much to bring the kids.. Lol.They got my order correct. I always order in the app and saves me some $cheddar$ for other things.Polite server handed me my food.Life is good. So is McDonald's.

I always tell myself to not go to this McDonald’s. It was late, 11:00pm to be exact and the McDonald’s that I usually go to is closed. This has happened more than once but it always happens during the night shift (4:00pm to close). The order is always wrong and the food is always messy. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and I got a double cheeseburger with and extra slice of cheese. The cheese was cold and did not even melt. Burger was cold. Ketchup was all over the wrapper. Pickles bunched up and burger looks like someone sat on it ( I know this Bc I seen how an actual triple cheeseburger looks like and taste like and it’s nothing like this trash). Please have your employees go through proper training on how to prepare a burger. This was 11pm at night so it was not busy. Please invest in your employees. They do not know how to prepare/cook food for customers. On top of that customer service is poor. Get rid of your night crew and get new employees. Get rid of your night manager too. Y’all keep messing up. The McDonald’s at northdale blvd however is exceptionally great. Excellent customer service. Attention to detail and burger looks delicious and taste delicious. Everyone please go to northdale blvd McDonald’s instead of this trash place on Hanson.

When going inside the restaurant, I wait for up to 3 minutes for an employee to greet me and take my order. Once I get my order it's not right. EhParking: Parking is alright.. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a headache.
