So disappointed. I was so excited to get my mcchicken. The lady working cashier for drive threw was so nice and cheery but as soon as I pulled up to window to the lady there did not say a word to me. And filled my large drink up half way and I asked her to fill it up and she just added more ice. And she kept give me dirty looks and attitude. Never had a more disappointing experience.

I went through the drive thru and the girl on the headset spoke so quietly that I had to lean out my window to hear her.I let the person taking the money, and very nicely might I add, that I could barely hear the girl on the headset.I got my food and drove off since it was quite busy, not realizing that I didn't get my coke. I got home and I also didn't get my fries.So I'm not sure if they didn't give me those items on purpose or if they actually forgot.

Fast food, but pretty consistently good. Friendly service, though not always the most capable. The atmosphere is meh. All the joy has been removed since they phased out the kids theme of the restaurants. (Grimace meal doesn't count)

The worker on the drive thru was great at taking our order. The worker at the pay window had more of a struggle with what exactly we ordered. The food we recorded was all over the place. Missing items, toppings not correct, poor food quality. Could have been more harsh on stars but felt like being lenient. Disappointed overall.
