Every time I come here after 8 they’re always closed. I only came 12 minutes after 8 and their lobby was closed, so I went to the drive through and was made to wait 10 minutes just for a drink. You’d think they’d actually be open till 9 when their hours say they close at 9.

I ordered a to-go for a light dinner. My order was for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a cup of Cheddar broccoli soup. When we were ready to eat it, I found a bowl of Cheddar broccoli soup, and a cup of chicken broth. There were only a couple of noodles, 2 pieces of carrot, I didn't locate any chicken in the cup at all. I don't care for cheddar broccoli, so I ate the bread, and threw out most of the broth.I was very disappointed.

They're the only Panera that will top off my sip club drink with the strawberry lemonade in the back. ( I like to mix it so not so much sugar and caffeine). Workers are very friendly and helpful. The food is not really that great value but that's all the Panera's. But the monthly sip club is great value especially if you like to study there.

I swear this location gets something about my order wrong EVERY time i go here. i got a sandwich without anything except lettuce once, missing items, missing drinks yet today they didn’t cook my MELT that i had ordered. It is constant problems with this location over and over and every time i think “they can’t POSSIBLY” mess up worse than this” but they top it every time. I shouldn’t have to be checking my order and if the dang sandwich is even cooked. It makes me so angry that i can get screwed out of money like this.

The last few times we got coffee there, it was undrinkable. Some times coffee grounds in it, some times it's just terrible tasting.Perhaps They didn't change the filter, just tossed new grounds on old or just didn't Care.
