Walked in today with my husband and ordered a BLTA for the first time in literally years since I been to a potbelly so I was very excited for my sandwich and I get ready to eat it and I see raw bacon and like black charred sides. Immediately ruined my appetite. Not one crispy slice. It is 8/25 and went at dinner time. Who ever works there should be fired. Serving it like that was unacceptable. If you wouldn’t eat that, why serve that. Truly disgusting. If you can’t make bacon take it off your menu. Do something!!! It’s 2023 and you guys can’t make a BLT. Lost my business. I would post a picture but it was truly THAT BAD.

Maybe I ordered too simple of a sandwich,,, turkey, provolone, lettuce, onion,,,,, cold - not toasted .The bread wasn't that good,, not really soft at all for a French roll,,, and honestly,,, the whole sandwich had NO flavor .Didn't finish it,,, should have taken it back,,Only plus was they did give you a good portion of turkey on sandwich.Sister ordered a tuna sandwich,,, she said it tasted salty,,, like sardines ‼She didn't finish hers either.

Over priced, salad was fresh, but Proportion was inadequate for the price compared to Panera or crisp green. Free bun is a waste of calories. Free strawberries are good. That was our third time, strikeout!

Came here to try for the first time and had a bad experience. They were only open for mobile orders apparently which wasn’t posted anywhere. I was already there so I thought I should just place an order online but it wouldn’t go through so I called. The guy that picked up told me he was too busy to take my order. I asked what I could do to place my order and he said nothing since he can’t take my order, I couldn’t come in, or have my online order go through.

Good grief! What's wrong with this place putting wilted greens in bowls and selling them as salad when they should have gone in the garbage? First clue is how they make their salads and sandwiches behind a barrier that blocks the customer's view.
