My first time here, I wanted to get the Colorado burger , but then let down because they were out of them, I found that odd because we were the first people there when they opened??? There were only a few choices for burgers, another let down, My bun or burger had a very strange smell , everyone eating with us thought the same thing, I didn't want to get sick so I went up and got something else, that sandwich also had the same smell .??? I have always loved there food, but they used to get pickup orders wrong a lot, but seem to be better over the last year or so.Vegetarian options: I love their black bean burgers and usually get them. Now they also have a new jackfruit patty which is pretty good too if you prefer a more beaf like flavor.
Unbelievably long wait time for 1 burger and fry through the drive thru. Staff was not very friendly. Easy decision to skip this place from now on. Especially when taking the prices into consideration.

This place is so poorly run. Every order takes way longer than they advertise. It’s understaffed to the point of no one taking orders until you flag someone’s attention. The portions have been shrunk significantly with prices going up. Even the salad I got was half the size it used to be and came with maybe 3 drops of ranch dressing. Recommend to go anywhere else.

Shocked to say I love the food here, best burger I've ever had via drive thru. Second time ever trying SmashBurger - it looked empty on the inside and we were in a hurry so we went through the drive thru. Double cheeseburger was juicy, hot and fresh with perfectly melted cheese. The fries were better than expected but the burger is really what set them apart. Will definitely be back anytime I crave a non home cooked burger.

We've went here multiple times hoping the next time will be better. It somehow gets worse and worse each time. Staff ignores your existence when you come in, they dont listen to what you actually are trying to order, the chicken wings we got were not fully cooked and were bloody. The onion strings were soggy and cooked in old grease. My husband and I ordered our food together, same order, same time. They brought his food out first and he was finished by the time my food came out. Just a disaster.Why is the restaurant always cold! And never has napkins available???
