We had the nicest experience tonight at this Wendy's with our kids. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, respectful and fun. A man named Ed was especially kind and wonderful to our family while we were there. The quality of the food at Wendy's is really nice. The staff was attentive to us and kept up the cleanliness and order of the restaurant throughout the time we were there. Highly recommended.
I used a lot of coupons to get my orders.They made mistakes and I didn’t get all discounts I should get. Missing one burger too. Worker was so rude. I asked give me receipt but I guess he didn’t hear me, just tossed in garbage can. My burger was really cold and buns so dried too.So disappointed. Never come back to Wendy’s? No star at all?????

Got a free burger through T-mobile and went there to pick up on 1/21 at 11:30am and the manager was so rude. I asked where to pick up mobile order and he did not even answer and just rolled his eyes to the pick up location. After I picked up my free burger, he belittle me by shaking his head and pout face. Will stay away from this store from now on. Very bad attitude from the manager and workers.

The floor was covered in scraps the staff were okay but you could tell that nobody wanted to be there the food tasted like it had came out of a microwave If you go here just leave.

Ordered large chili. I received it in a small coffee cup sized container. When asked why a large was so small, we were informed they were out of large chili containers. Yet charged for a large. I was able to drink it like coffee, and it wasn't even close to a small chili, let alone a large.

Lots of people working at the time of arrival which is awesome. About 2 people for drive thru and dine in. 2 cooks and one person overseeing the whole operation. Seemed like a lot of staff for nothing going on. Could use some people to clean tables off nicely. Food was average at best. Fries were oversalted, fries were sitting in a bucket of oil. Just not good procedures on that. The bun was stale tasting and burger itself was luke warm. This place could use an uplift as it's one of the lesser wendys I have been too. Next time I visit, I will update this review to see if things changed.
