The service is excellent, but they are making their employees physically pay money for the managers mistakes. Heard that they messed up on a W-2 form and they are blaming the employee and instead of just correcting an honest mistake they are making that employee (my favorite one) pay more money than that employee is paid to fix their mistakes.

We've always had a great experience at this location. Unfortunately, today will be our last time ordering. Shrinkflation has struck another restaurant off our list. The last time we ordered, we thought it may have been a fluke that there was so little tuna on our subs so we tried again. Same this time. There is so little on the sub now that all you taste is the bread. Either you have a skimping employee or you have given direction to conserve portions. The prices are too high to justify that.

Stopped by for lunch after trying a different location the other day and having never been to a jersey mikes before that. Just like with the other one I first visited this location was exceptionally clean and presentable with plenty of staff working so there was no wait. I was greeted with a smile and welcome in as I walked in by one of the staff members. Wait time was minimal for a #43 Philly with bacon. It was quick, fresh, good, and affordable! Usually Arby’s has been my go-to for lunch but jersey mikes just may have changed that. Hopefully all of their locations are operated as well as the two I’ve now been to!
