I feel the customer service is starting to improve, thanks Michelle for always making me start my morning with a ? smile. Sure helps when the orders have been coming out correct also more often. My go to breakfast spot on the weekends.
It's McDonald's, what do you expect. Shouldn't be surprised when I specifically asked if there's bbq sauce in the bag, and there's no bbq sauce. That's why I always check the bag & drink before I leave.
