I put my order in online, app said pick up was at 4:03pm. The staff (4) of them didn't even start making my pizzas till after 4:30pm. What is the purpose of ordering ahead at this location?

The past year customers are always waiting. I've had to wait on almost every order in the past year. Most recent order I waited 30 minutes past the time order should have been ready. "Most" of the workers are walking around slowly as if no customer is there. No hustle or motivation to get the orders made. Management, please get this corrected. I'll gladly edit my review to reflect it.

This place is horrible I don't know if they can't read or just enjoy ripping people off the only 2 times we've ordered from them we've added and asked for extra cheese and toppings. When we go to pick it up no extra cheese ntm none of the other toppings we ordered all while they collect the money for the up charge.

I have been going to Papa Murphys on Tuesdays for the 10$ deal for some time now and have never had any issues with the amount of toppings I put on my order. Today I was told I would be charged an additional 1.50$ for any toppings over 5.. I guess now there is a limit of 5 toppings on your crustless. Long story short I won’t be back. People look for consistency and when they don’t get it they take their hard earned money and patronize businesses that are consistent and customer focused.

The pizza here is always good and the staff are quick and friendly! Cheese always passes the stretch test. They also have deals a lot of the time I stop in.

We went somewhere else before hand at 7:45 and and they said sorry we are closed even though they closed at 8. We then went to papa murphies at 7:58 and Lauren happily took our order even though the store closes at 8. I have been to so many restaurants recently where they close 15-20 min early. I was so impressed with Lauren and her willingness to serve us up until that last minute even while we were in the store past close. If I ran a restaurant I’d want Lauren to be a manager. I will be coming back just because of the service she provided .
