i like the location but how i receive my food is very hit or miss. i usually get a black bean grilled cheese burrito but half the time it's made with beef. i wouldn't make a review over a simple mistake but it's continuously made incorrectly in store and from drive thru.

Closing the lobby before 11 on a Friday night is absurd. So is refusing to bring out an order to a delivery driver and instead making them wait in the 10 deep line. We have ratings to protect.

You guys are usually mid, but whoever y’all just hired & threw on the grill is lacking like no other. Every time now it’s some inconvenient, unsanitary garbage happening with y’all & something tells me it’s that goofy looking new guy there. Please stop putting that guy on the line, the food is straight up not safe to consume at this point. I miss when your place was okay-ish, now the food here is actual poison.

They continue taking away decently priced items or increasing the price of everything mildly affordable. Most recently I found that the breakfast box was removed and the prices of breakfast went up. A breakfast Crunchwrap, one side and a coffee is almost $7 where the box with a Crunchwrap, 2 sides and a coffee was $5 or the Crunchwrap combo was $5.99.Woodbury still has the same items at the same price as before. Hopefully your commute brings you past that location - I highly recommend supporting the Woodbury location.

I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who took our order at the counter. He was so friendly! He actually walked around the dining area, asking customers how their meal was, and chatting with them. Best fast food dine in experience I've ever had!
