“We came here for dinner, food was fresh (shrimp Spring rolls, cream cheese wontons & sesame chicken) & delivered to our table in a timely manner. Staff was very courteous & kind. Restaurant area was clean, however reason for 4 stars was the rest rooms could use some updating.“

“I order three Thai dishes usually from Thai places: Drunken noodles, Thai basil fried rice, and what ever wings they have.Tonight I tried Yoyar. Drunken noodles, Thai basil fried rice and spicy wings. This was the BEST three out of any place in the twin cities. The Drunken noodles were thin, rich, and the medium spice was purpose. The fried rice didn't clump, the basil was fantastic, and the flavors were great. And the glaze and cut on the spicy wings was perfect. Wow. Fan for life.“

“Mela is a family favorite, we were looking for a new Thai restaurant when we moved into the area, and this is definitely the best. The curries are fantastic but we usually get the Pad Thai, purely out of familiarity. The massaman curry is out of this world, too. The spice here is serious, so if you love food that brings the heat this will definitely be a winner for you. Milder dishes are definitely available and other dishes can be tamed in flavor for those with less adventurous palates.Overall I would highly recommend.“
“I ordered chicken pad Thai from here for the first time today. It was great, quick and well priced. This is a take out only place so don’t expect to dine in though there is seating outside. I will be back to try more food but what I ordered was great.“

“This restaurant has great food and provides even better customer service. You're greeted in a friendly manner, drinks come out quickly, tables/chairs/booths/floors are clean. We never have to wait for a refill for sodas as they are always one step ahead. We enjoy the cute robot that brings our food.“

“I went to this place a lot during college because I used to live on the East side of Saint Paul but I've moved out the suburbs for a few years now. Decided to go back today, I'm 30 now, and it was still as good as I remember it. We got the pho, pad thai, chicken wings, pork belly, egg rolls and sticky rice. Everything was really good. The pork belly was super crispy and crunchy. The pho broth was delicious. The pad thai was my favorite because I've still yet to find another place that makes good padthai like Eastside Thai. Chicken wings and eggrolls were crispy and delicious. Definitely gonna make the trip to this restaurant and remains an oldie but a goody.“

“Just got back from Thailand last week and am already craving Thai food. I figured I would try this place out since it's close to where I live. I got the Pad Thai with Shrimp and inhaled it! Great flavor! I'll be back to try the Khao Soi next time!“
