This place is bad for business. Tried to support services was very bad, manager charge my card before I even got my drink, food was cold when he got it for me. Had to wait 35 min before I got my next drink with only 5 people in the place. I never go back their.

Warning ⚠️Do not pay with a card here. I was charged twice for hookah, red bull, and ice tea. I went in three days after I saw two charges from them on my account; I spoke to the manager and showed him the charges, and I also gave him the receipt. He told me that he needed to verify the charges before issuing me a refund. I was okay with waiting.However, I went with my sister on a Friday evening just to chill and while standing in line, I overhead a guy standing to the side sounding very upset and he was expressing to one of the employees how he was charged twice on his card. He also expressed that he's been waiting a whole month for a refund as the manager had asked him to wait until he could confirm the charges. The guy said he wasn't leaving until he got a refund. Right in my presence, the manager gave the guy cash to refund him because the guy was adamant about not leaving until he got a refund.Anyways, it's been over a week now I still haven't received a refund. I went in and asked the manager what was going on? He told me oh I'm still waiting to confirm that you were actually charged twice????♀️ .Being that we're all Africans, I try to support my own and other small businesses, so i was actually being considerate and giving the benefit of the doubt by not immediately disputing with my card company. However, after he spoke to me in a nonchalant attitude today. I let him know that I'll be disputing with my card company and left.I'll definitely be using CASH if I do decide to go back.

Horrible experience ?...first off 15 bucks to get in and there were like 6 people in the damm bar ...drinks made with cheep vocka that you can get at the liquor stores for like 10 bucks .. 135 bucks on drinks and cover charge.. save your money people. Sad krovof cheep vocka smdh.. I could of went to apple bees and got drinks and food for cheaper..

They charged me 16.50 for a sex on the beach.. was made with Phillips vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice. Not made right from experience as a bartender. Staff was extremely nice and the server was more attentive than the bartender. She was great! But prices are off the wall and I won’t be back.. I coulda bought a whole bottle of cheap vodka for that. When we asked to have the drink remade we were ignored for way too long and put behind other customers when we instantly addressed the problem. I think the bartender is new so that’s understandable. Prices were the main problem.Literally I didn’t think it could get worse but it sincerely did. Waited in my car for the last hour our party was there because I’d rather sit in solitude than in that space and with the worst service I’ve ever received. Whoever owns this bar needs to rethink their tactics.

Inconsiderate bartenders weird operation running on how to serve drinks also.... I waited patiently to be served at the bar while the bartender totally ignored me after my complaint he asked me my drink after naking 3 more other drinks for people, so i tokd him. He presented me with the receipt before the drink (weird right) so I said " where is the drink"? I was so embarrassed i felt shame as if he he he didn't trust i have money i deserve compensation for the wrongful treatment As I was leaving at that very moment I find out the guy is the owner. I paid $10 to get in for such horrible treatment . If you value the way other treatment you don't go to purple rose sorry!
