Still unsure how it takes 20 minutes to get ice cream while everyone else that ordered full meals behind me in line got their food first. It's been like this since they opened. If you want to get ice cream you better have 30 minutes for them to make it. Staff is very friendly though.
My biggest complaint about Culver's is the ordering process in general. I forget they don't put toppings on burgers unless you ask for it and always end up getting a sad dry burger. That's my fault ?When I do end up ordering correctly, it's perfectly good fast food. Quick, friendly service, they get our order right, I'm happy.It's sooo sooo salty, but it's fast food. Four stars for being perfectly good fast food...docking one because I can't get past the needlessly complicated...read full review
