I did order online. I went through drive thru. I asked if this is how I picked it up. Young man said no but did allow me to get my food. When I got to window he stated they don't do drive thru online because it holds up lineHowever I gave them 10 extra minutes before I went to drive thru to ask. My son and I stopped to pick up some food for supper. We didn't get to eat it just put it in the fridge due to a family emergency. 2 days later finally able to eat it and then found out we didn't get all potatoes that we ordered, they gave us one coleslaw. Neither of us were happy, he doesn't like coleslaw and I am not supposed to eat raw veggies. Every time we eat at any KFC, they mess up something.
