Food was great! Awesome views of the lake. Funny views of the fat pigeons outside. Bloody Mary was unique and tasty! Loved it!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu (grilled pb and J, yum!) And coloring pages available :)

My wife and I are here for the first time for her 50th birthday. She had the seafood ravioli, which was very tasty and worth every penny. I chose the pistachio encrusted lamb chops, and I wasn't very pleased. Maybe I am a little bit of a critic, because I've been cooking for 25 years, but I was disappointed. The chop itself- two were mid rare, and the third was medium. I'm not sure how many I was supposed to get, and they didn't ask what temp I wanted them either. Plus, the pistachio crust was overcooked on one side of each chop and cooked fine on the other. The potatoes were VERY undercooked, but to the naked eye looked perfect until you cut into them. Finally, we ordered a side of scallops. They were cooked to perfection, and melted in your mouth, just like they're supposed to. Unfortunately, there was a mix up when placing the order and it came out late. I was a little bit disappointed at the size of them for $17, but they were the best part of the meal. Total bill was $120 (no alcoholic beverages, just one coffee) plus a $25 tip. Unfortunately, we will not be returning but I am glad we at least tried it out.

It was a fine place. The food was pretty good, but not worth the high price of what it was.Service was pretty good, but overall, while the food was decent, I can't justify going back for the price. It wasn't bad, and if you have the flexibility to overpay for food, you could totally give it a whirl.

I was looking for King crab. I found it. It was exactly what I was looking for. We were underdressed and they still let us dine. Fantastic.

One of my favorite places that I frequent a lot! Everything is great but many times the New England Clam Chowder soup comes out to the table room temp or colder. About 4 times this has happened to me and people at my table in the last eight months. Best Chowder on the planet!

We had a lovely brunch of crepes. They are light and fluffy. We ask for the berries on the side. This is the meal we had wanted and we were not disappointed. The waitress was a bit ditsy - perhaps she just had too many tables to cover. We enjoyed having a table in the sun looking at the lake. Relaxing.

This restaurant hit the spot to celebrate the end of a successful event. Food was fantastic and the wait staff was knowledgeable on our questions. I will definitely be back when I'm in Duluth again.

Valentines Day dinner at the Boat Club was very special. We had a nice view of Lake Superior out the window. Our server was very professional and explained menu items to us. Pace of serving the meal was just right, we didn't feel rushed at all even though it was a very busy night for couples going out. Food was excellent, I had a beef filet steak that was moist and flavorful and tender.

The quality of the food absolutely did not fit its price tag. No crab in the crab dip. Rice wasn't fully cooked. Mashed potatoes were doughy like from a box. Fish was steamed/microwaved rather than seared. There was no seasoning on a single item. Waiter was nice but we did not enjoy the food which would have been fine if it wasn't 3x the price of anywhere else.

Food was excellently repaired. Our server was very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed a lovely evening. Loved the complimentary birthday dessert which was beautifully presented. Thank you!

Previous visits to the Boat Club were great but on this visit, the appetizer and main courses were mediocre at best. The charcuterie board was akin to something you'd get at Walmart. The meats and cheese were poor quality and the board lacked anything impressive. For the main course we had the filet/mashed potatoes and the seafood ravioli. The filet was good but cold. The mashed potatoes were cold and gummy and had to be sent back. The seafood ravioli didn't taste fresh. The service was great, our server was attentive and very pleasant. The meal was pricey and simply not worth what we paid. We won't return.

Reserved a high top for 2, didn't get that table since there was no service in that area. Food is overpriced for what you get. Not many options for non-seafood eaters. Won't be back.

Ate here for brunch on my birthday in the summer and the outside seating is beautiful - right on Lake Superior. Breakfast was delicious and our server was very friendly. Highly recommend the outdoor seating in the warmer months as you can't beat the view!
