Didn’t think it was possible to have a worse online order pickup experience? Went and picked it up, brought it back home. No ranch in the order, got boneless wings and was given bone in wings. Wrap wasn’t cut. No ice in my drinks. No sauce in the wrap. If I’m going to be spending $40 on a freaking meal at least get the order right! Can’t wait to not come back to this location.

Never had a bad experience at a restaurant in a long time until tonight. Wings were bitter, the fries were cold and the chicken strips were tough. The waitress was great though, she was really busy and doing multiple tables, wasn’t her fault.

How are you have a 10 year old football game playing during March madness and when asked to put on March madness you just put the same football game on another screen.Had to beg to have my water refilled. Sat with an empty glass for 30+ minutes and just getting our receipts took 45 minutes.Wings were pretty good, but it’s sad you have to ask for carrots/celery and they aren’t offered up front.

Small wings over cooked and dry, the flavor was good. Restrooms both men's and women's were very dirty. 2 apps 2 beers and a kids meal came to $60. Overall it was OK at best, but not anything like they use to be.Vegetarian options: My wife did enjoy the cullafloure wings, the waitress had to check if they could toss them in a sauce, because the computer wouldn't let her. ?. Maybe a little more training is needed for the wait staff.

I just spent $ 43 on two burgers that were delivered to me at work. They were burnt ! Like shoe leather on a bun ! I will never eat there again. Fu Wild burger ! You all got my last dime !

Craving wings went with my boyfriend and the wings were super dry, super chewy, and tough!! And I ordered 20 sadly. At a place known for their wings this was really dissapointing. Tbh applebees has juicier better wings.
We almost turned around and walked out after stepping foot in between entry doors- completely filthy in between the doors. We decided to give it a try anyway. The whole onside was filthy. Food on the carpeting throughout the entire restaurant. Bathroom was disgusting and no toilet paper in the stall I chose. We just had appetizers which weren't bad at all. I will never come back though because it is so dirty inside.

Brought my mom here because she said "I've been craving wings," and thought, okay well lets just try this place so she can choose whatever she wants.The waitress was shilling this app to save $10 or something (I wasn't paying attention because I'm not going to use my phone to do your job), she was curt and inattentive, the food was really mediocre, and to quote my mom on the status of the women's bathroom, "the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen in America."Never should have come here, and will never patronize again.

Waited over an hour for a delivery order, once we got it we had the wrong amount of chicken wings and wrong sauce, no plastic utensils and no dressing for our salads. Once we got the right food it was very good, however very disappointing for a to go order when you are at a hotel.
