I went there to have a bite to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not only greeted at my entrance, but I was also thanked for coming. I have to say that the store leadership has done a wonderful job in the hiring process, and expectations must be known by all that work there. Don't take my word for it head there and see for yourself.

Tomatoes that this place is serving are disgusting, beyond ripe. Buffalo nuggets are covered in some kinda seasoning salt that just ruins them. The customer service was great though. The gentleman there was very nice.

Terrible service tonight 02/14 after 11 p.m. - I tried to order a 2 cheeseburgers meal. While it's not on the formal menu board, the Central MN/Saint Cloud area Burger Kings let you order it for around $10 plus tax. This Duluth Burger King refused to honor it and wanted to charge me at least $3 more, which made me drive away. Rather than overcharging customers unapologetically, try actually being customer friendly...

We waited 15 minutes after ordering. While there were people going through the drive through, we were the only people in the restaurant. And then, when our order finally came up, I had to go up a few times to request items that had been left out of our order. The people working just did not seem to really care to serve us and seemed indifferent.

Okay, I’m impressed and that takes a lot of hard work! Service was excellent, food was amazing hot and just as ordered! Lobby clean, bathrooms clean! No complaints! This BK is the place to eat! Managements the bomb!
This BK ROCKS! It’s like BK HD. Everything was hot, fresh and the place is so clean. Hats off to staff and managers. They care about being the best!

Slowest Burger King EVER! Do NOT go there. Four people were working and I was waiting for 15 minutes to pick up a DoorDash. Lobby closed at 6:30 and nobody was in line.

Fries were old, sandwiches hastily put together-falling apart when unwrapped, nothing was hot at all. We were hungry and just wanted to eat quick and get back on the road. Should have stopped somewhere else!
