Terrible experience. Placed a pick up order at 6:17 PM went inside the store at 6:30 PM when my order was supposed to be done and I didn’t get my order until 6:50 PM. When I opened my bowl, I had the smallest portion of food. I asked for double rice and I did not even get the normal portion of rice.

I don't get why this place is always filthy? The workers always seem nice, but I always leave wondering if I will contract something from the filth. The chairs are all torn apart, the tables are littered with funk, not just one, but every table... Hire one person to clean and you'd get a lot more business.

The veggies are never fresh. They are always out of some sort of product, whether it's chips or guac. The place is always filthy. What annoys me most about Chipotle in Duluth, and keeps me from even walking in and ordering, is when the sign on the door saying "Exact change or card only." I will only go to Qdoba for now on.

This place is down right disgusting, it’s filthy they don’t wipe down the tables at all. The bathrooms are not sanitary at all. Would never go back there again. The food was so so not worth the money. Ish ish!!! It needs a good cleaning! I’m surprised none of us got sick!!!

This was my second attempt at trying chipotle, the first one there wasn’t many choices similar to my visit today. The store was gross, there was garbage all over the floor, soda area, and there was barely any clean seating. What stood out this second time was undercooked rice, no steak, carne asada, chicken, and no tortilla chips. The portion control was absurd, I received two handfuls of cheese and an overwhelming amount of sour cream. Alongside that my boyfriend got way too much sour cream as well and a HEEPING amount of guacamole. The back kitchen was chaotic/unorganized, they had one person on the line and others chatting and not working. Being charged extra for queso and guacamole with minimal options outside of that is not worth 32$ in my opinion. I will not be returning to this location and I advise others to stay away aswell. I did in fact take a picture of what happened to the food after taking one bite.
