I made the great decision visiting Cold Stone today! Placed my order through the app for the first time. Hartley who was working and made my order was genuinely amazing! We had many fun conversations! They showed a great attitude, work ethic, and was very positive! Definitely going to this location more often because of the kindness and fun Hartley showed me!

Very good service and a great variety of flavor combos. You can even choose your own combinations. They have waffle cones and bowls. There is a nice cozy area to enjoy your treat as well.
Very rude employee she continued to talk rude to me and scream at my children. It came to the point where I walked out with my son because he was crying. I hope corporate looks into their employee and teaches them some manners.

Extremely rude people behind the counter. After we stood in line for over 5 minutes Ila I assume was the girls name from her messy hand written name tag asked us if we had masks I said no. She said we are requiring them until close today. I asked for a mask and she said we ran out. Do you want me to call my manager Tony I will but your not gonna get us in trouble. I said for the amount of time your gonna spend getting him on the phone and treating a paying customer poorly you could have served us the one ice cream we came in for. Ila told me I was being rude and to leave. I could see an amplitude around the corner with her mask hanging from her ear. As leaving I pointed out to her that no one in the store was wearing a mask many not eating or even food in their hands. As I was getting ready to leave there was a another person getting food who did not have a mask on just pulled their shirt over there face. Would also like to note girls with long hair down and no hair nets serving food. Place was filthy dirty as usual too
