“Lila made our wedding cake back in 2020 and it was delicious. Since then we have ordered several cakes from the bakery for special occasions and they have all been so good. Most recently I asked for a cake with a loon and two chicks on it and I was very happy with how it turned out. The loons are made of edible icing!“
“Best donuts ever. Stopped by just after 11 on a Saturday and there were a good number of donuts left, including their banana split donut! Get that. It's unique, it's amazing, and I happen to love bananas. The counter lady told us they have the best cream cheese frosting anywhere. “Used Google to find an "old school" bakery while in Duluth celebrating my mom's birthday. Johnson's did not disappoint. We bought 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and each and everyone was great. Fluffy yeast donuts, the cake donut was tender and their frostings were perfect. Not too sweet but also tasted exactly how you'd expect them to taste.
