I would give you zero stars for how horrible your employees treat people they rip off by not deliverying the food they order. 60 points for money they already spent. By not answering the phone and hanging up on customers and not refunding funds for undelivered food your company should be ashamed of itself and the service this store provides. A group of people listening on speaker phone to your customer service skills and you just hanging up on the customer. Horrible way to conduct business

Terrible service and awful manager “Logan.” Ordered pizza for delivery at 7:28pm, at 7:44pm it was in the “quality check” stage on the Tracker. It stayed in quality check until 8:55pm. After finally getting through to the store (3rd try- only the option to place a new order resulted in someone answering), I asked where the pizza was. The Manager- Logan- stated it was under a heater lamp and was ready to be delivered. I asked if it could please be remade as it was finished being made an hour ago. Logan stated he could not remake it because it was “still warm.” He explained that because it was in a bag under a heater, he could not remake it. Even though it was under a heater for an hour. He refused twice to remake it and stated it was “fine” because it was “still warm.” I asked for a refund, which was quickly processed, then recharged, then canceled again. Unbelievable.

Always warm never cold and cheesy and always on timeParking: There is no where to really park so you and your ppl can go in and eat and it's literally on a one-way so if you don't wanna worries about getting towed or wherever then your gunna have to about a block of your gunna dine in crazy I know

It's gross!! I witnessed from outside them making the pizzas with no gloves on then scratching their head, face and blowing their nose then touching the pizza dough again!! That's freaking gross!!!!!!! ?
