I enjoyed finally visiting this log cabin coffee shop. Really friendly staff and enjoying my Dirty Chai. Drink prices are more expensive than other similar shops in Duluth. This is why I subtracted a star. They do serve coffee shop type food and had a scone sample (so good).

I have been so bummed coming here the past 2 times with the customer service, particularly from one of the baristas. While I’ve never noticed several of the baristas here are not very friendly, the one who has helped me the last two times has been so rude, unwelcoming, and off putting. The high cost of the food and drink compared to other coffee shops along with the unfriendly service makes it not worth it.

insufficient understanding of their own system led to a $70 dollar charge on my account. ($40 refund, $30 recharge). Wait time in drive-thru was 10+ minutes. food was subpar ( yes I know it's a coffee spot). Smoothie was very good.

Though i’m familiar with Dunn Bros, the location and feel of this place is wonderful. Set in a log cabin theme, it is located across from Lake Superior with an outside deck that is nice. The service has always been good and the selection of pastries and hot coffees is perfect.

Love this place but they NEVER have gluten-free products available. I've tried ordering from them around 10 times and each time they're "out-of-stock". It's truly NOT an option for gluten-free patrons, which is fine, but they'd be better off just removing the gluten-free items all together from their menu. Don't advertise it if you don't have it.

Great coffee place. Love the vibe and good study space. Very wood cabin comfyParking: I've never come and not found a place to park, but it's not always easy.
My favorite coffee shop in Minnesota!! Food is just fine for what you pay for. Coffee is the signature Dunn Bros brew, it won't let you down! Great folks hangout there and always pack, but chair's available for outside sip-sip.

Nice little Coffee shop, looks like a log cabin! Placed an online order the night before and my Latte was ready in the morning at the specified time, no problems.Has some seating inside, and also in the front, on the porch of the building.

I just get coffee, and it's wonderful. My boyfriend gets a turkey sandwich that they have there. He used to rave about it, but it seems like they use less turkey now, so he was disappointed. But the cost of living...

My lid to my cup was leaking and I went to adjust it and there was a crack does the side of my cup. My whole coffee ended up spilling everywhere. Ruined my pants and car. As an out of towner it was an effing mess. Will not go back. Not so happy with the girl at the window oh your total is xxx would you like to leave a tip? Like no I don’t but now you guilted me into it. You don’t need a $6 tip for two coffees and a couple scones. Your job isn’t that hard.
