It needs a deep cleaning, starting from the front door all the way to the back. The kitchen was very dirty, floors, counters and so on, I decided not to eat and just order coffee (cold and stake).

I can look past forgetting to include the double baked hash brown that i ordered, but I am completely disappointed in the fact that my sandwich wasn't even cooked. Not warm, cold and uncooked. Included is a picture of the sandwich, you can see that the cheese isn't even slightly melted. It's disgusting.

I ordered a 6 cheese bagel with only ham, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese and I received it covered in sauces I did not ask for. Disappointed in paying so much for a sandwich I couldn't eat . First time being there hopefully if I go again it is better!
