If I could give this place zero stars I would! My daughter and granddaughter and I went into use the restroom and get a soda however I needed to use the bathroom before I got my soda. I was told I had to make my purchase before I could use the bathroom which was locked they were very rude and their bathroom policy is ridiculous! My daughter and I will not be returning to this place!I was craving their baked potato soup, I called to order it and they tell me they discontinued it... ?☹️?

love coming here during late nights when i don't want to make food myself, but tonight i was a bit disappointed with the service.i had my friend order for me while i was standing to the side, and he was asked twice (since he was getting food himself) if we wanted the chips and a drink with the "pick two" deal, he said no twice, yet we were charged anyway and didn't know that we were charged until asked if we had gotten them yet. we took the drinks and chips because i get that refunding is a pain to do, but was frustrating nonetheless.also, staff needs to turn the music down, i should not have to yell while being almost right next to the staff at the register several times to be able for staff to hear me. clearly the music is too loud if you can't hear an order correctly and need to go "huh? what?" several times.

It was some of the worst philly cheesesteak I've ever had, I don't even really know how to explain it. It had hardly any taste and toppings, couldn't find an onion and there was very little peppers. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's hard to consider eating my sandwich after seeing the guy making has hair to his shoulders that is not restrained and just dangling in his face over our food as it's being made. While his visor is around his neck. I have managed restaurants and in the cities I have worked that was strictly against health code. I don't know how it works in this county but that's terrible by my standards.

Was in for lunch day after Christmas its was raining and girl was soaking wet with a suitcase can see she wasn't having a good day, ask for water the manager and what I seen he was very rude about it gave her a small glass for water she ask if she can wait there he tell her one minute she can wait there.Which I can see he wasn't very kind I finished my lunch went to counter bought her a water and a bowl of soup so she can eat and sit there as a buying customer and warm up as I walk out I gave a manager a look of disgust.AS I SEE THIS WORLD IS MESSED UP WE ALL SHOULD HAVE SOME COMPASSION AND HELP PEOPLE JUST A LITTLE MAYBE THIS WORLD WILL BE BETTER
Service was not good. The workers did not understand the concept of ordering a sandwich without bread. One of my relatives is gluten free and they said they had to put the toppings on bread to warm it up. After we sat down and started eating, the cashier was staring at our table and when I made eye contact with him, he rolled his eyes. When we expressed our questions and wants about what we were ordering, the workers were not helpful and unwilling to accommodate to our orders. Also, the floor was covered in peoples leftovers and the tables were dirty.
