I can't rate the food because I stood in line for quite a while and noticed that none of the 9 people ahead of me had their orders yet. I gave up when the family ahead of me started placing a complicated order with lots of substitutions and omissions, for a group of 5. This is the second time I have visited this location in the past few months and both times it needed a good cleaning.

The sandwiches were good but the workers seemed to be struggling with an online order so it took them maybe 10 minutes to even start making our sandwiches. When we were the only people in the store. We think there was music playing, but it was so quiet that the restaurant itself was quiet and had a weird vibe. We were going to give 3/5 until I went to the bathroom. Where there was what seemed to be splattered s*** on the toilet bowl cleaner. And there was as many paper towels on the ground as there was in the bin. Giving 2/5 because at least the sandwiches were decent.

We ordered a delivery order, when we placed the order it was estimated 35 minutes for delivery- not too bad. The 35 minutes became 45+ minutes... I called the shop and they told me that the driver just left and he had a bunch of deliveries to make. 1.5 hours later we finally got our extremely soggy and cold meal. This isn't the first time this has happened... Very disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

They need to go back to regular hours. The whole appeal of this place was that you could order them past 10 PM now every time I want to order they closed. You would think they would want the business for the new spot but apparently they don’t like money any more.

Spent 40 dollars to be let down.I get the bags and one sandwich literally broke through the bottom of the bag as I was carrying it up stairs because the juice was EVERY WHERE. The entire bottom was soaked all the way through. My sandwich looked like it was dipped in water on half of it. Super soggy bread.Plus my other sandwich didn't have everything on it that I had ordered. The chili is really plain. And the chicken and dumpling soup is REALLY salty. I'm honestly so disappointed.

I ordered the narmer and not only was the service slow but my sandwich had one single slice of turkey on each half of the sandwich. It took every ounce of me to not demand a remake. It will be a long time before I give this place a chance again.
