I have never left a restaurant and just walked out, this was a first! We were seated and told a server would be with a shortly. To start there were 3 in our party and we were only given 2 menus to look at. We waited well over 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Needless to say $16.00 for just a hamburger seemed a bit ridiculous considering we were having to share menus and struggling to get service. At this point we made the decision to leave. Yes, we walked out, went to another neighboring restaurant and had fabulous service and wonderful burgers for a reasonable price. We came to the conclusion Grandma's was "overrated"!

The food was very tasty and fastService was good.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door area and wood pathway was good.
The environment is nice. But the food was not great. I had the raspberry chicken salad and some of the chicken pieces were so hard and dry I couldn’t even poke my fork in. The onion rings were huge and had like two layers of onion. They were okay.

Service was friendly Food wasn't great kinda tasted like something I could make at home. I ordered two drinks the first one had to much cinnamon in it making it hard to drink second drink was a mule and came in a metal cup which made it taste like drinking liquid coins. Never coming back perfer other places to eat.

Not your best day. Poor service, probably due to short staff issues. But the worst part of the whole experience was when leaving I used the restroom. On the wall in the restroom was a sign advertising a 25% discount for veterans. What a great place to hide that offer. Leaving the restroom, I looked for that same sign around the hostess station. Find nothing. I would think a better place to post that offer would be the front door. Insulting!

We started out with the Famous Onion Rings which where huge and so crispy when they brought them out!! I got the Original Bicycle Burger and added bacon lettuce and tomato to it because it doesn't come with the lettuce and tomato and my husband got the Steak Cheese French Sandwich and both were amazing!! Took home leftovers and had dinner that night and still tasted great after heating it up in the toaster oven!!! I'm telling you so much food even my husband had to finish my leftovers lol ?
