What a cool dining experience . I came with my daughter and she is still talking about our server. He was friendly and fun. I think his name was Eric. Good came out fast and was so good. Thr views were amazing and decor at the restaurant was fun.

I know people only leave reviews when it's really good or really bad. I was unimpressed. The view is great and if you stay for an hour +, you see everything - bit that's the end of the positives. There was a big swimming in my beer and my soup was room temp. Soup came back 4 min later "hot"- probably the same soup that has been sitting out for hours and was just put in a microwave. I pretended to eat it. They competed my soup but gladly took money for my replacement drink. I was underwhelmed.

The food was very mediocre and disappointing. The steak was very chewy and the amount we paid for. The environment was very nice with the 360, but that’s the best thing going for them.

Cute place and neat atmosphere but just order drinks here and not the food. We started off ordering the 360 trio which was supposed to be tempanade, salmon spread and hummus and it came out as salsa, queso and hummus. The vegetables that went with it were not fresh, the cut carrots were extremely woody and white, the cauliflower looked quite old and unappetizing as well. I ordered the Morgan Park salad and the vegetables were the same, very aged and even concerning. Everyone else's dishes fell short of being subpar at best. We asked if they did anything for birthdays and they said they did a free dessert which we never received but none us cared, even free, we didn't want it. Couldn't find anyone for about 5 minutes to try and get our check that we had to chase down. Very disappointing.

I never visited the previous generation of this venue, and I did have the opportunity to read reviews before going, so I was not caught offguard by the new lineup. This is a great moderately, priced eating destination in Duluth,. I would describe the offerings as upscale With the twist. For instance, I had an olive tapenade Smashburger, which was delicious. This would also be a great place for a happy hour with friends, especially with those beautiful harbor views.

I loved the Apostle Dinner Club, so I thought this would be comparable to their dining experience. But I was wrong, and we were disappointed. Our alcoholic drinks had no alcohol in them. Why even check our IDs? Breathalyzer read 0 on how much was in our mixed drinks.Table salt and iodine were used for the mixed drinks instead of kosher salt. And the flavor was awful. The French fries were oversalted to hell. Tacos were mediocre. The burger was amazing. Crispy, flavorful bacon, gorgeous over-easy egg, with an excellent mild cheese. Which was—besides the beautiful scenery—the only good part of meal.In short, get drinks that you know have alcohol in them, and only get the burgers. Skip the fries.

Took my son out for lunch for his birthday. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. I had the Smash of the Week burger. So good !!! Very reasonably priced. And of course, you can't beat the view. ❤️

We were there on 2/1/2024 in the morning. We were very impressed with the Manager, Food and the breathtaking scenery. We will be sure to come back again. The service was excellent. Very Happy we stopped.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is so cool. 360 views of Duluth's harbor. The food was ok, I expected more for the price. I had a smash burger, but it was a frozen patty. The thing that made my experience only a 2 star was the service. IMO, your server should seat you and ask if you'd like something to drink. She sat us and didn't come back for at least 5 minutes. She continuously forgot our refills. The thing is, she only had 2 tables in the whole place! Unacceptable.

I had been wanting to try the rotating restaurant for a very long time. Decor and view were amazing! Service was good, but not many other guests. Menu was disappointing with "pub fare" offerings. I'm aware of the struggle this place has been facing for awhile, knew what we were in for with the menu, but a lovely way to spend a quiet Monday evening watching Duluth go by!

I wouldn’t recommend going here especially the food quality is simple bar food. They couldn’t even serve their food on plates but just used A&W food baskets. This place has so much more potential to capture fine dining setting. The restroom was in shambles and not clean either. The only thing this place has going for it is the rotating floor and views.

Thought I was bringing my spouse to a nice dinner overlooking the harbor and city while visiting Duluth. We were seated by the bartender. Then came our waitress “Flo” she threw some sticky menus at us and eventually brought me a glass of boxed wine. Then, our food came. Hear me out if I wanted my dinner to come in a basket we would have gone to A & W. This was ALL BAD on every last level. This has the potential to be a fine dining experience. I don’t have a better way to put this but just don’t patronize this establishment.

A friend recommended we try this on our trip to Duluth- the rotating restaurant was a cool experience. We really enjoyed the board games in our booth table and had a good time with my husband and teenaged daughter. We met on Wednesday and tried the “Mac and Martini” specials. Drinks were good (and strong), and the waitress was helped as we decided what to order. Our daughter enjoyed the loaded fries (subbed in tater tots instead of fries!), and my husband and I shared the Morgan park plate with rice and grilled vegetables which we added chicken to, and the shells Mac and cheese. Everything we had was great, and tots were a great appetizer while we played games and enjoyed the view. Our server was friendly, fast, and professional. I recommend checking this place out while in DuluthVegetarian options: Some good salad options and a few dishes came without a meat then allowed guests to add on steak or chicken etcKid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere with board games for families or groups to use at the table

My wife and I came to Duluth to see the lights of Bentleyville. We stayed at the Radisson hotel with the rotating restaurant on top (Harbor 365). When we checked in we were told they unfortunately had one cook and 2 wait staff on duty. We did not mind the wait and sat at the bar. Instead of 40 minutes it was about 20.Our waitress Jenna was amazing. Attentive, personable and a great attitude despite how busy they were.Compliments to the cook as the food came out hot and delicious without a long wait.We were impressed with how well everything worked and tasted. The view as well as the service we received was worth the few extra minutes we had to wait. Bravo everybody!
