McDonald's on Central Entrance takes 21 minutes to finish your order. They are THE SLOWEST fast food restaurant in the Twin Ports by a mile. I didn't think anyplace could be slower than Culver's, but then you go to Central Entrance McDonald's. If you want fast service go to Central Avenue McDonald's!!!

This particular location is consistently terrible. It's all kiosks which isn't the big problem. Service is terrible. They toss the tray on your table, spill half the fries and don't care, just walk away. There's something incorrect with half of the things on your tray every time. Missing tomatoes or if you removed pickles they'll still be there etc.. The employees and the kitchen area are completely disconnected from the customers in the new design and it's terrible. The prices are insane, premium prices for low grade food. Then the icing on the cake is, this location is always filthy. Most of the time there's no stock in the self-serve table wipes station and nobody's cleaned anything all day.This place is only good for building up your kids immune system because if they can't bother to wipe the tables once every twelve hours I can only imagine how disgusting the playplace is.

This is a convenient spot to stop. It also has the indoor kids area still. They no longer have the soda machine out and I couldn’t order a soda at the kiosk. The food was fresh but I have been here when it hasn’t been fresh. They did bring us our food and Soda. The place was clean and has restrooms. We visited about 1:00pm and it was not busy at that time.Parking: Parking is easy. Getting out back on the Avenue can be hard at times. The drive through is nice!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play area indoors.

They closed the lobby early.Update: so after finding out the lobby was closed early I went to the drive thru. Sat there for 2 or 3 minutes without being acknowledged. I then pulled up to the window and the kid was in there taking selfies on Snapchat. Oblivious that I was at the window. Somehow didn’t notice I was in the background of her selfies.
