I my order came up to $35 dollars, first the delivery person said they would be 6 minutes, 14 minutes later a text was sent saying be there soon. Then my ordered was delivered to the wrong address and the food was hard and cold. Called to speak with the manager and he wasn't very nice or willing to help satisfy me as a customer. Never ordering from this place again!

Ordered for delivery. DoorDash kept changing the delivery time.. so I called and spoke to manager at papa John’s. He said they have no control over deliveries. When I said well yes you do, the manager hung up on me.Unprofessional manager! Will never order again.

We had a problem with our delivery, so I contacted the store and spoke to some guy...he was rude and very nonchalant! We were from out of town and we will NEVER order from this place again! We lost $30 dealing with this pizza place! Customer service is very important! It need to be taught at this store! Rude! Rude! Rude!

I ordered a pizza that took a long time ti get and when the driver brought it the box was open on one side and the pizza was ice cold. I called the manager and he said he’d refund it but I have t seen any refund to my bank account and it has been weeks….?

First issue I’ve had with this place. Didn’t receive 4 sauces ordered on door dash and our 10 inch cheese pizza wasn’t even sliced. Pretty lazy. But food was still good so can’t complain too

Average Pizza, but its what we expected at 8:30p. I do like when you order you see the progress on the website right down to when they pulled into the hotel.

I love this pizza. I gave it 2 stars because I always have an issue with toppings and cleanliness. Ordered multiple times and always get my order messed up. Get the works pizza ? and missing a few toppings! Last visit I came in and she didn't advise me they were out of mushrooms ?. I was standing in there the whole time and wasn't told till my order was handed to me. Well again I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for. No compensation it's either short on meat or veggies every time. Then what makes my stomach cringe is they don't use gloves to prepare the food!!!! So I'm eating your sweat and whatever else is on your hands and arms when your tossing and spinning the dough around! Try to call to complain and never reach anyone or they could care less. Please make an effort to be more clean and let people know that you're not getting what you pay for.

I stopped in to grab my pizza I ordered the other day, and the employee that helped me was very polite. He even decided to put my pizza in the oven longer since I like it well done. Thought that was pretty cool. Fast service and clean inside the place. Only thing I feel bad for is the place is right next to, like literally right next to an extremely low cell tower. Nothing good will come from that. If anyone that works around there are experiencing health issues, do your research.
